Instructions for Use:
For cold therapy:
Place the pack in the freezer for at least 1–2 hours. Apply to the affected area for 10–20 minutes using a protective cloth or towel.
For hot therapy:
Heat the pack in a microwave for 10–20 seconds. Check the temperature before use and apply for up to 20 minutes.
Precautions:
Do not apply directly to the skin without protection
Do not use on open wounds or irritated skin
Do not overheat
Discontinue use if discomfort occurs
