For orders placed in our store until 12:00 (working day):

If you are in the Attica region, your order will be delivered the next working day from 10:00 10:00 till 17:30 .

For the province, your order will be delivered in 2-3 days depending on your location and the means of transport that will be chosen (courier or transport)

Your orders are not charged with shipping costs:

If they exceed in value €60, for delivery within the Attica region

If they exceed in value  €100, for delivery to the rest of Attica, mainland and island Greece

Τhe receipt of orders from our headquarters is not possible until the end of the lockdown The order will be shipped with Intralink transport with a shipping charge of up to 6€ (see "shipping information")

For each package the charge is 6€. Furniture and bulky products are excluded. If you choose cash on delivery, you will be charged 2,5€ .

Of course. We accept product returns within 14 calendar days upon request. Exceptions are postoperative clothing (corsets, vests, belts, etc.) for hygiene reasons. For more information: Return Policy

You will first need some sort of filter to protect and improve the air you breathe. Depending on the case, absorbent tracheostomy gauze may be needed to collect orifice secretions and braces to hold the trachea. Of course. You can try it on our premises under the guidance of one of our colleagues. If it is not possible to move the patient, there is a possibility for Athens, for a home visit by appointment.
